Our Course

Here at Scrapyard Golf, we offer 21 holes plus a bonus hole for a chance at a free game. Group sizing starts at 15+ players, and our website offers a few booking options based on sizing.

Key Points

Group Sizing

Groups of 15 to 70 players can be booked directly on our website. Otherwise, please contact us to arrange a date and time.

We recommend booking when we first open or two hours before closing. This allows us to manage the course better for your convenience.

Sometimes we can open out of hours. Please contact us if this is required.

Team Sizes

We have a maximum of five players per team, but this doesn't stop the group from breaking into smaller teams.

We highly recommend that you pre-arrange the teams. This avoids tears on arrival and late departures.

Course Duration

The course averages around 60 minutes per team, but depending on the group size, this can go up to 90 minutes.

Extra time may be allowed for groups depending on other pre-existing bookings.

Supervision

An adult must supervise players aged 12 and under throughout the course. We recommend a minimum of one adult supervising per 10 players.

Adults wishing to supervise only are not required to book into play unless they wish to show them how it's done.

Event Space

We have a space that can accommodate groups to gather before or after if you wish to hold a meeting, food or drinks. This is limited, so please get in touch if you want to reserve this space.

There may be a small charge depending on the use. Groups are welcome to organise third-party items to be brought in for event use.

Special Requirements

Please let us know if you have any players who require special assistance during their time with us.

We can explain the course in detail, provide headsets, reduce noise and provide special equipment.

If the course is booked out we can accommodate brighter lighting.

Payment

We request payment for all our tickets at the time of booking.

Payment can be made directly via our website. Additionally, a payment link can be emailed or made in-store before the booked date.

Full payment must be made seven days before booking. Bookings will be cancelled otherwise.

Modification

Bookings can be fully modified up to 7 days before their booked date. The request must be made via email.

Between 6 and 2 days before their booked date, group bookings can be moved to Tuesday - Thursday. Player numbers cannot be reduced below the minimum for the group ticket.

Bookings cannot be modified within 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation

You can request a full refund up to 7 days before your booked date. All requests must be made via email.

Between 6 - 2 days before your booked date, a 50% refund can be requested.

Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours before their booking.
